Kels - I've asked this question before and no one has responded and perhaps you, maybe you can provide an answer - a real answer.

How is it possible for Good Old Tom to pull this off given the fact that he has deluted the 5 million to death and back and there is no product to be seen and PR after PR have been lies?

Someone has to approve an increase like this. Doesn't anyone investigate the company before giving approval?

For Good Old Tom this is like a being a kid in a candy shop - a whole bunch more that he can now delute with any accountability to anyone.
