Due to government legislation changes in 2002 we say an opportunity to move into this area. After examination of the process for many years in the UK as well ass how we were going to be competitive in the North American market due to great distances between the individual farms as well as the processing plants there was a plan put forward to build smaller plants as well as use bins to collect fallen stock. We are all so involved in the culling of over populated heard's of wild horses, elk as well as geese and other species that has over run areas that has been set up for this purpose due too protection from man.

I would add that if in the process of wild herds we will donate the remains to the many Northern Native communities with requires a high transportation cost to deliver the supply to these communities by air and sometimes the use of helicopter but this process has allowed the governments in question to grant us the opportunities too take advantage of our depreciated assets in stead of the normal use of revenue tax deduction for this process of collecting depreciated assets.

This is a 100% recovery of cost to this program not the 50% and what we mean by that is that every dollar spent on transporting wild game to no Northern out posts will be a 100% return on depreciated assets.

Many look at this as a zero sum game but it has allowed us the training of personal to be put in place as well many other programs like plants ect. to be put into place undef this program cause not all wild stock can be moved live they have this thing about using there seat belts and staying in there seats when flown into these remote areas. Plus the cost in moving live waist material is not cost effective granted the North American Native makes good use of every part of the animal from the use of feathers for bedding and coats to wool for socks and oils for creating there under ware.

This process has helped us get involved in supporting many other entities new and old through private financing deals that has allowed us seats on the boards of many corporations that make use of the fallen product we collect from the many meat processing plants that has landed on the floor of the processing plant and into our bins we provide as well.

We have the ability to take advantage of government litigation on meat processing plants and as they say ones loss is another's gain.
