PMX Company Update
Public Company news:
The company is filing their 10Q this week and simultaneously the 14C mailing will post to every shareholder. PMX is a fully reporting company and although our share price has fallen recently we hope with strong press releases and more people learning about the company that our shareholder base will grow. It has been brought to our attention that some message boards are not +ve and give the wrong vibe to people reading them about the company. The company supports complete transparency however we do not hire or place squawkers on any boards and people are free to post what they wish and those boards are governed by the companies who own the websites not ourselves. It is disturbing to read some hearsay and we ask for any information to kindly contact the company directly.

PMX Communities Inc. as a precious metals incubation company had a vision to build an American-made gold dispensing terminal. The MGIV gold machine was launched and successfully tested, and it is continuously being technologically updated to enhance the next version of dispensing terminals.
PMX continues to build newer versions of our machine hoping to bring innovative products to today's consumer. The newest version of the MGIV is the LXIV BUD BOX terminals. One of which will be a hybrid-cannabis model that will incorporate non -THC products found in head shops with cannabis infused goods that enhance the client's MJ and MMJ dispensary experience making smoking pipes, papers, screens, and vaporizers readily available in a terminal located inside dispensaries.The paraphernalia terminal dispensing non-cannabis products only will launch shortly and will be a combo of not only of pipes, papers, screens, but aromatherapy products, incense, candles and other eco-friendly items as well.

Company news:
BUD BOXES: We are enthusiastically still continuing to stockpile the inventory for the paraphernalia smoker BUD BOXES. Our partners are as excited as we are to reach the marketplace. Recently, we saw newer "chip boxes" in some dispensaries and again they are not as technologically savvy as our terminals. With a partner like Air Vend as well as our manufacturing company we see no one else competitive to our Bud Boxes. Competition creates a market and we surely hope other companies are building commercially viable vending machines for the industry. We were saddened that in our home state of Florida the initiative for medical marijuana did not pass by a margin of 60%; however those new states that did give the yes to new recreational cannabis, the company has already created relationships with. "The timeline for the deployment has been calendared to coordinate with the busy season ahead of us" was something we pressed a few months ago and we are still on target. PMX is not launching someone else's OEM vending machine and understandingly we do not expect everyone to be an engineer but this is a process and not overnight placements.This week we have teleconferences with a group in the SW who is considered "king" to the industry and have been crossing paths since April. This should be an exciting call and we hope to grow as quickly as they have. As well, the Vacationer and Daily e-website is almost complete. PMX will be creating a special division based in Colorado as we pressed last month to fulfill these orders. Final touches for compliance are on the agenda this week and then we will go live.
BULLION TERMINALS: The MGIV gold terminal discussions to lunch a combo-gold-silver terminal is ongoing domestically with a new partner. The global MGIV footprint is still shifting to countries where gold is an important commodity, but we still want a USA footprint for the company. Both gold and silver have decreased in value, but bullion as a commodity is still in demand as it always has been,
