I'm under the impression the 25% referred to ritonavir boosting, not the riba dosing;

The riba dosing is weight based, but as with many other DAA programs the dosing can often be reduced/ ended early (without going full term) without compromising SVR rates.
I believe that there may even be a paper presented on that subject at AASLD.
