The key condition for a overdue bounce is: either the CEO issues some good news like he did in this early July or the diluting MM stops the debt-conversion sale above 0.0001!

The MM VFIN's ask at 0.0001 is not a problem at all! I myself can easily take VFIN out of 0.0001s with 100M ~ 200M shares slapping. We don't need 300M shares to slap out the dirt cheap 0.0001s. The problem is: we are not sure if VFIN will continue to dilute at 0.0002s or above? Of course with very good news VFIN won't be a problem at all! Actually a lots of good thing just happened most recently with WNBD: several new popular products, obviously increased sales revenues, many new online ADs from Home-Depot etc. huge retail firms etc.... The CEO just needs to issue a form press to confirm those good stuff and significant business progresses!

Anyway based on the current small OS count even without any news at all WNBD can still easily and quickly surge 5-bagger if we could find enough big and strong hands (five at least) who each can slap 50M shares at least!


WNBD's CEO attention! The company needs to issue some good news (like they did in early July) to boost all the shareholder's confidence in order to clear out all the debts! Otherwise the huge diluting MM VFIN could not dump any new shares anymore since the ask has already stuck at 0.0001 and no bid (since 10/07) at all unless a group of big hands with huge amount of cash to slap the MM VFIN out of the asks at 0.0001 and 0.0002...

Anyway WNBD is a real operational company with the established on-line business and a series of popular commercial products!

With any good news it is easy to hit the most recent high 0.0005 again (just $233,628 joke low MV at $0.0005)! The latest OS is still very low --- just 467,257,865 shares per the SC-13G filed on 10/06!

Slapping-at-ask is the key action needed here in order to bounce this low OS, Currently Reporting, Extremely Oversold, and Extremely Undervalued (only $46.7K MV now) stock! Even a Non-reporting stock with over 4B shares OS could surge to 0.0006 from 0.0001 without any news at all...
