I don't "know" anything per say but one possibility with Cancer Centers of America is they are using 131 because not to would be unconscionable. However, in the topsy turvy world of investing it may not be the chosen time of the Company to reveal all it's cards at the present moment. CCoA might be using the treatment under the condition they not reveal it.

Why should ISR be obligated to accept whatever scraps might be available now when they could position themselves for a much larger prize in the future at a time of their choosing? Because they should? Nah. They've been down a long road and they are close to reaping the benefits of their hard work. They should have a say in maximizing the reward of their labors.

Maybe? Could be? Who knows? Not me.
