The reply you received says all it all... LOL

In fact if approved, this R/S will be the second R/S in less than 12 months... the last one occurred on 1/07/'14. Or just under ten months for the second prospectus filing.

On page 5 of the 9/30/14 BRZG R/S prospectus it states; "The Company expects to effectuate the proposed up to 1-for-1,000 reverse stock split of the issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock on or about October __, 2014."

The SEC can really only slow the process at best, if all the filings are complete and in order. Truly a sad state of affairs for all the SHAREHOLDERS that have invested here that WILL GET BURNED... and even the second time for some.
