Pickens cut himself a check for $500,000.00, in August 2014, with no explanation - the BOD is a panel of Pickens cronies - per former CFO John Porter's shareholder derivative lawsuit, filed last year, one the members of the board enjoys a rent free office/support at the expense of Astrotech Shareholders.

Pickens settled with Porter last summer but those details have not shown up in their SEC filings - will they continue to hide those settlement details ?
