at the new year, IMHO. I think progress has been slower due to political requirements surrounding financing the business plan. But the CEO is moving in the direction of international shareholders in 2015, after complying with the regional and city governments.

By my corrected calculation, that is about $160 million USD in assets.

I could be wrong, but that is about $7.27 USD per outstanding common share (22 million outstanding shares)..
