SWHI - next LOTTO play!!!

Spoke to Norman George (CEO) a few moments ago:

financials to be filed with OTC (quarterly basis) end of next week, or early following week. Therefore, OTC will update us all with 15-20 page financial report + what operating ventures have been going on over the last period. He is working on a PR with his 3rd party adv. company and estimated the release to be December or early January. He was definitely excited about what the PR's will be stating but couldn't go in to detail until the PR drops (said there would probably be several). Remember advertising agency was hired by firm to announce PR's and they were paid....see OTC.

Also convertibles left are at approximately 80 mill and that is it, no more!!! They took on the convertibles to raise cash flow for operations and capital investment. At .0004 that's only $32,000 which can be taken out in a week. Also, Insiders own more than half the outstanding share (He said these are locked and can't be sold. He said he is loaded with shares - see OTC for info http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SWHI/quote.

BIG things happening with SWHI - Norman was a very easy person to talk to and was very excited when I brought up the PR's that were soon to come out.....At .0004 this stock is definitely a LOTTO play iIMO!!! With news coming I think were looking at a 1,000%+ runner and the stock is super thin - less than 200 mill float....Also the accountant firm is led by David Cutler who had other stocks go up HUGE (Do your DD or check out the board)!!!
