It went up on strong volume & down on strong volume. Could be someone trying to manufacture a run that coincides with a PR cycle. We'll see. Hard to draw too many conclusions about an unsolicited pinksheet stock. Lot of games occur with stocks like that.

As for the happenings with the company, it sounds good but it always has. They've been 'a few months' away from ultimate success for many years. Each time, the huge projections and even anticipated sales didn't occur.

What about the PR about multi-million Mexican rooftop govt housing sales? Where were the sales? Apply that same question to countless other PRs. Usually the topic is simply not mentioned again. Appears as if maybe they BS in their PRs, or else they have the worst luck or skill ever at landing deals which are in "final stages".

Meanwhile, insiders lend the company a lot of money at high interest rates, and the usual OS dilution to fund ops.
