You can try taking the loss for FY 2014 if the stock still at no bid as of December 31 next. However, if you keep them and the stock moves up again and you sell them, you will have to declare the entire amount sold as a capital gain. Also, there are some brokerage houses that will let you release the stocks to any charitable organization on/or before Dec 31 for you to take the loss.
However, I still feel this one is not completely dead yet...! Have seen some of these no bid stocks showing some sign of life in the past. GLTY.
