Please know that since our last update, your complete Board of Directors has remained intact, informed, and supportive while I have been in active negotiations on several potential joint ventures. Your board has approved and I have signed Letters of Intent & Memorandums of Understanding contingent upon our potential partner obtaining financing. To date, not one of those potential JV partners has been successful due to circumstances beyond their control. You should know that while I am in active negotiations, I cannot issue press releases or updates as negotiations are on-going and subject to change. In addition, no potential partner would grant us permission to go public with extremely private information. When NMC is blessed with an agreement & money is received in our account, we will inform you.
