#1 - There is no Techincal Analysis with No Volume. TA only works for stocks with constant significant volume. A penny stock with weeks of no volume does not fit. A company with N Product, and No Income, that through Reverse Splits has taken $1 million and turned it in 8/10s of a penny really does not fit.

#2 - There is no Technical Analysis for smoke.
