To see if I could learn anything useful, I called Pacific Stock Transfer a few moments ago . The charming woman with whom I spoke could not explain why the transactions are appearing the way they are and that I would have to call a broker to find out. (I had thought, rather, that Pacific was such a broker. Apparently not.)

She did confirm for me that as of today the A/S is 500m, the O/S is 463,303 and the restricted shares are 305,715. More or less what we have already known.

I do hope to understand this trading better than I do.

Spock..... figuring out how to do a hostile takeover just for sport.
