Yes obviously that's what they are doing...but how the hell is this allowed??

I mean, why don't we all just make a makeshift company with utopian dreams and goals that will never be achieved on purpose to just scam people from their hard earned money!!

If this allowed on here, what is the SEC for then?? It's a joke!
