The filing requirements are tighter in British Columbia and since this company is British Columbia managed they have to abide by the rules in that province as well. Since both 10-k and 10-q filings require audit and/or accounting fees plus fees to file and OTCMarkets.Com (a private company) requires a fee to stay active it adds up to a sum of money.
All these fees will have to be paid before the company can move forward, but although they do not have the money (today) does not mean they are not working on moving the company forward.
