only reason they are ce is because late in financials -as i said many american co's are much more late than that without a ce etc-and us based otc itself loves a good ce slap for various reasons

since u've said u dont believe me look at sirg -no filings since nov 13 and no PR's since june 13 -just downgraded to ''no info''
status
hence, as i said, canada must be using tougher standards
