Tomorrow is a VERY big day in GERSland. In fact, it may well represent a view to whether there is any hope left in GERSland.

The District Court has ordered the parties to show cause by November 6, 2014 as to why the Court should not unseal the entirety of the document for public access.

IF the only issue that caused the judge to rule against GERS in the SJ is violation of the "no-sale bar", GERS should be jumping out of its skin to get that fact into public view. It appears that if the only issue is that perceived violation then we have some reasonable hope of succeeding with the appeal. IF, there are other issues and conditions/violations as well that are described by the judge, we really have no hope of an appeal overriding all of them. So, if GERS argues against release of the full ruling to the public in order to stave off complete collapse of its PPS we will know our future -- none.
