The backstory is the real story. Toxic convertible financing, a gagged transfer agent with a shady history, hiding the real share structure, an offshore network set up to enable short selling, stock manipulation by the pink sheet scam clan holding the notes, with a puppet ceo who's in on it, the press releases are sheer nonsense and BS.

This is all about death spiral financing. Don't think a reverse split is coming? Think again.
