UPS Temperature True IS A BIG DEAL!

UPS just announced that they have launched a new service called “UPS Temperature True”…….which depends on Cryoport’s shipper and portal!

UPS has 46 healthcare-dedicated facilities that will be the hub for their use. Assume they do just three shipments per every business day at each facility. Thats 138 shipments per day times 250 business days 34,500 shippments per year. But wait, what about DHL? They have 65 dedicated facilities. Do the math...And what about Fedex? They do not have any dedicated facilities. Lets assume they will ship about 6 per year, LOL.

Cryoport has FDX, DHL and UPS all dedicated to using Cryoport for any and all Cryogenic shipments. FDX, DHL, and UPS represent 75% of the $237 billion global air and ground freight industry. Last year, there were 7.5M cold chain shipments. This segment is expected to grow 17% next year. As you can see the potential for Cryoport is monumental.
