So does everyone in life, but most are thwarted because of consequences. If he does it, he's opened the door to a civil suit. He still might, but he's given no indication of any such strategy. He's just been too silent. Nothing more in years. No dilution to speak of in years. Why not? Diluting is legal, too and civil lawsuits over that are rare. Diluting is smarter play if screwing shareholders is his aim. But is it?

There's nothing to do but wait and I can wait for years if need be.
