wddd is a very frustrating speculative investment......company clearly has made some blunders......ie.hudson bay...reporting issues.....patent correction....loses summary judgement.....underestimating atvi.....however the court has not been very cooperative either......original markman 2013 delayed bc judge needs a vacation......lenthy decision process....you would think they would be some urgency for the court to make a decision from markman since its been frgging 18 months. 1.5 years what a joke system
hopefully everything works ....and there will be news sooner than later
