What are their motivations for the merger - To make more money for the insiders by hawking shares, or to build a viable company? We know they haven't reported in almost two years. We know their companies don't generate revenue nor build shareholder equity, some are even shuttered by the SEC. Let's face it, with Falso and/or any of his nominee CEO's in control, transparent disclosure won't happen, Revenue won't happen, Growth of shareholder equity won't happen. It's not what Falso does, it appears he's discovered it's much easier to sell shares.
