Well it's owned nearly in total by
1. the Russian government who have based a large chunk of their pharma on the delivery platforms of xBIO
2. Baxters- they own a chunk and are using their technology
3. Serum institute of India - worlds biggest vaccines maker. Again using their techno

Small chunk owned by small pi's
Less than 400 shareholders.

They have a large number of drugs in phase 2 trials and the blockbuster oncohist being trialled by Dana Farber and in Russia.

The issue is liquidity and lack of it. The aim of going on OTCBB is to get onto Nasdaq and for that they need to sort liquidity issues. So it's impossible at the moment to buy or sell any chunk of shares.

So of you can get your hands on some then you will make lots of cash when it gets on Nasdaq as there are bios on there that don't have one tenth the patents or trials, or are as advanced..... But yet their market cap is so much more.

Soon to release phase 2 FDA trials on one of the blockbuster epo. It's a winner as it's already been done in Russia successfully.

Anyway read up on more
