You make John Bordynuik sound really stupid. You could be right maybe he is just plain stupid. But he claims he is a genius so who knows?

I mean does this guy not have the ability to do the same level of "diligence" as you and realize he is buying a "dirty shell"? And then according to longs, the poor little guy gets victimized by an endless parade of investors trying to "steal his company", regulatory agencies "making up" charges against him, ex-employees suing him, market makers communicating on Level II to destroy the stock, officers leaving him abruptly, hedge funds being plain nefarious, board members leaving, naked shorters creating millions of "markers", ex-business partners taking him to court, customers planting executives trying to steal the technology, and even ex-girlfriends.

Again what is the common denominator in this mess?
