It's a "proposed" vault until and if they get a license. Then it's a vault. Not the biggest in the world, as Bill claimed, but I'm convinced that it's there, and it's something.

Bill and them had to spend some money and put on a show to sell all that stock. The "proposed" vault is part of it. Just like the pole barn and the fence.

Of course, none of that stuff belongs to FITX shareholders.
