For those that did not sell out just after the R/S most are simply in wait and see mode. The new management is still not talking other than issuing a PR to remind us that they are still not talking (and to ignore spam emails) and they will talk when they feel like talking. Don't get your hopes up. Best bet is to file a complaint with the Dpt of Justice if you were burned by FH's farewell letter and the last R/S.
