Statements that testing at BASi has not begun were not genuine in any way.

What did any of my sources get wrong? Not telling me about the CRADA might have made me mad, but I'm sure they have their reasons for not telling me. Like maybe too small a group knew and their cover would have been blown.

On several occasions you have provided a lineage of these sources that traces through Doctor Seymour.

These "sources" declared testing had not begun for several days after the shipment of Flucide to BASi, yet in order to respond to these claims Doctor Seymour had to call his Chief Scientist.

How could your sources make such a claim in good conscience, when at best the Doc would have said he didn't know.
