Now the question is, is it an add from I Hub or someththing in your computer that you picked up.

You said it was going on for 3 months. Norton doesn't catch a lot of adware. It could be that. It could be an add for a certain product. Or it could be something that wants you to click on it to activate a virus or something. ESET (a thing like Norton) would have cought it.

Assuming it is something you picked up and is not from I Hub, try to find out what it is and delete it. If it is always an add for one company, punch that name into a google search and see if it is an adware or virus problem.

If you can't do that, you can restore your computer to about 5 months ago when you know you didn't have that problem.

If that didn't help, as a last resort you can reload your entire system back into the computer and it will be as clean as the day you got it. But that will wipe out every file you have on the computer and reset it to how you got it from the store.
