Well that's not what you said. You said Kenya not Chad.

If you meant Chad, then yes, of course, if CEPSA doesn't like what they see then they won't get in.

But didn't you read the PR on Chad? It had words that were far more flowery than "encouraging"...

that suggests to me that ERHC likes what they saw in Chad...and if ERHC likes it, then maybe so does CEPSA.

That's called speculation...not rumor as you stated.
