That is absolutely correct. But we know that CEPSA DID like what they saw because they haven't left in the same short time frame as they did when they left Swala's block.

Furthermore, ERHC has already confirmed that the two choices ahead of us are drilling or 3D. They wouldn't do that if they didn't like what they saw.

And if they like what they saw ENOUGH *AND* they also like what they see in Chad ENOUGH...then a buy out is more probable.
