First off, he isn't "my friend" as I do not know the guy and second, he is asking for 38% of the company. Since the alleged agreement was to not take GrowOp public (and that is what Peterson did when he reversed merged into this company) he could get 38% ownership of TRTC. When the case was filed, it was before Petterson R/M into TRTC.

Like I said, I haven't read the court records to comment of the validity or the strength of his claims.
