Mongoose-I am also a long-term holder of INTK. I have millions of shares, probably multiples of yours and not an insider either. I know that we were all waiting for Boral and INTK worked incredibly hard with them. Due to circumstances, they landed Eagle Roofing (largest cement tile manufacturer in the US). They have been working to get the FL plant equipped and producing coated tile. According to Francesca on the Crystal webinar, coated tile should be available OCT-NOV. Obviously, this is very big for INTK.
Regarding sales numbers, INTK has posted unaudited numbers ending June 2014. We are all anxiously waiting for the completion of the audit and the release of the results. As far as the stock buyback, how do you know that no stock was repurchased. It was stated that it could be repurchased during the 3rd quarter and later quarters. If you see the trading lately, tens of millions of shares are been picked up the last few weeks alone. Whether it is a large purchaser or the company, we don't know at this time. Companies don't tell you when they are repurchasing. If it isn't the company, it is my belief that they will do it when they have extra cash from some of their new-found business.
I believe once Eagle gets going, we will see alot of things falling into place. We are seeing major distributors set up (UK , Mexico, etc) and currently the product is being tested by the BBA in the UK and being tested at Network Rail and other large companies. We have seen business from Pemex and now INTK is going down to Columbia to quote Ecopetrol's pipelines and refinery.

If you are that unhappy, sell your stock, the buyer will take it off your hands-- you will record a loss that can most likely be made up on other stocks and you can move on. Life is too short to be bitter-
Stuart, Francesca and their employees have been tirelessly working to make this company flourish and after 10 hard years of keeping the company going and building brand awareness, they look to be on the verge of "playing with the big boys".
If things come together like I think they will, we will not be looking at the stock price anywhere near current levels. JMHO
