When was a partner in Kenya ever discounted by anyone. Every person on the planet thought ERHC would get a partner and they did. Unfortunately, much like SNP, they are not the most technically competent partner, but a partner nonetheless. Do you really want CEPSA as a partner in deepwater EEZ? That would be a terrible decision. Not only would it put all ERHC's eggs in one basket it would team them up with someone that has no deepwater or offshore expertise. You many want to rethink that idea.
