Just take a look at what Bejing is doing for the upcoming APEC conference of world leaders in their city. So much smog will be shutting down 900+construction sites, shutting down worst polluting industries for week+, forcing half the cars off the road during conference. Just saw story on msnbc. Think they need to implement some of the mvtg tech.......with what I just saw mvtg should be $100+ stock.....

They had a marathon race......tons of runners with masks and respirators and runners had to sponge off their skin when done. So bad planes can't land at times..
