Of course it can, it could reach much higher than the first run. The idea, the concept, the news format, live broadcasts, all need to be executed to please who is going to look at it, the more likes, the more revenues. Sponsers/advertisers will look at this. If utrm truly does this, im looking at a possible 04-05 cent area. Also, financials should come out, very important, an a share buyback can always happen. A low float count always leads to large spread trading. Time an patience will tell the story here. GL
