That's what he was anticipating to happen, but didn't and Congress isn't able to pass a legislation...Mel Watts reversed his action on raising the G-fees and lowered the down payment...he's taking a different approach...DeMarco is not longer sitting at FHFA so his thoughts are no longer relevant...he can preach all he wants at the University, but the fact of the matter is...minorities are at a disadvantage when it comes to housing, so concerns with the minority org will need to be addressed sooner or later...especially due to heavy lobbying in conjunction with the hedgefunds...
