Ive been watching VTEQ's chart for awhile now but am starting to read into and start my due diligence here. IMO with that 8K filing today, Mr. Gelberg coming here from a company trading on the NASDAQ like Fusion pushing 60M a year in revenues in 2013 to a stock trading at .003 gives me another reason to keep a close eye on VTEQ.

On October 9, 2014, Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. (the “Company”) received the resignation of Marc Gelberg as the Company’s Senior Vice President-Finance and principal accounting officer, and as an officer of its subsidiaries. Mr. Gelberg’s resignation, which will become effective on October 31, 2014, was unrelated to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Gordon Hutchins, Jr. continues to serve as the Company’s Acting Chief Financial Officer.
