By the looks of the 8-K, the SEC is starting to conclude certain things - so the ball is rolling in getting the SEC outta the way. BUT, with this recent restatement will not help the cause.

We will have to get more information and hopefully it will come. They stated they will re-state some financials from the previous years too, so it looks like it was the same controls that caused the same problems between 2010-2012.
This is all in relation to the SEC investigation and the fees they accrued.
