Its never a good thing to have to re-state earnings. However, this is what they are learning with the SEC around - remember, they aren't even a 2 year old company yet (I could them starting from the split and when they actually cared about shareholders - before they were a penny stock).

I don't like that they posted an operating loss, hopefully they will blow out the Q this time around and raise guidance still. Itll all be forgotten. Luckily its only $1.2million, and not something much larger - on a positive note, they are getting their controls in place for the future when numbers will be much larger. This is the positive spin on things.
We will have to wait til Monday to see what the reaction is.
