Well a few, how many? Good question, I think the problem is they go by the guidelines. But anyways call one of the labs an ask them how many test's are perform every year. You might get so idea. My doctor new about inflammation and EPA/Ratio. We discussed cutting back on corn oils, he actually suggested coconut oil, high in omega3 vs omega6. Still using olive oil, but one day I will pick up a container of coconut oil.

I think the big organizations are stuck on fat theory still! It may take some time.
