This is incoherent. Nothing I have seen before suggests that delays in manufacturing Flucide were due to shortages of raw materials -- the delays are due to the inability to quickly manufacture Flucide from those raw materials. So who cares what vendors NNVC has lined up for the raw materials? The hard part will be putting them together, which NNVC has assured us nobody else can do which forced them to make their own manufacturing facility.

Finally, Ebolacide2 might provide good publicity to NNVC if it works, but it won't provide much profits. Africans don't make enough to pay more than very low prices for Ebolacide, so the whole thing will be one big charity case.
