LOL!! "Pascoe has now bet "our" savings on this new drug and saved his salary for the next 5 years." Funny you say that, but that's sad and unethical way to exploit retail shareholders' savings.

Agree the way you read this playing out from history to now. APRI BOD, Pascoe and management need to be held accountable for delivering higher shareholder value... NOT eroding it like they have done here with Pascoe as CEO for 19+ months - down nearly 50% - while the markets are roaring to their RECORD HIGHS (DOW, Nasdaq, SP500)! Best market environments, tons of catalysts served on his plate from Damaj era, and yet Pascoe fails to move the shareholder value needle in the right direction!???!

Replace Pascoe with the BOD, and give someone else a shot to right this ship. There are plenty of capable CEOs who can at least sustain the market cap vs. eroding it so quickly. Pascoe continues to be a "Value Destroyer" per the Street's definition of measuring CEO performance... marching right on where he left off at Somaxon (down the drain at pennies on the dollar)... You can hear the walls here say, but that was not his fault, it was the product and competition from generics... who buys into that fallacy, when the CEO at Somaxon leads the company for 4+ years... someone credible would move on after a year, if they saw issues with the product... instead, he milked the shareholders dry and extended his fat comp package for as long as he could... that was the reality of his performance! God save us please!!
