Actually it's 3.4bil shares and 500 of those are restricted. Whoever keeps saying 4bil shares IS WRONG

See page 9 of 14. Yes that one page says Plus, but it does not mean add it.

Page 9 of 14 is correct and will be reflected on the OTC.
