did you use an All Or None (AON) order? I keep seeing my shares on the bid, but yet, it doesn't get filled. At one point, on Level 2, i see that .0012 was up on the ask and .0011 on the bid, but i still dont get filled even when my AON order was still left untouched at .0012.

This happened a lot on Tues and Wednesday of this past week. Been trying to get 250K more at these levels but no luck thus far.
