Not. Grossly overpaid. Frankly when PPHM crosses the rubicon, he will need to be jettisoned. Nobody worth their salt will be associated as a BOD member with CJ at the helm. And any BP partner will also insist on a more qualified COB. If PPHM succeeds, his days are numbered as COB.
