Those are for commercial real estate transactions. They do not apply to public companies who are legally prohibited from making or releasing such estimates.

But look at paragraph #2. It proves my point. A company reporting a dollar amount of in-ground minerals is committing fraud. NI 43-101 has the same restriction. And people DO go to prison for that - it is stock fraud.
