There wont be any merger. SoOum isn't worth a plug nickel. They've only been in business since February 2013. If they had 20 to 30 million lying around like some posters here have suggested why would they be interested in a two bit outfit like SWRF.
There are lots of clean public companies around they could have chosen.
This is a total scam.
