NBRI is a US Company. They are bound by the regulations under Industry Guide 7 and other securities and anti-fraud statutes. In ground valuations are illegal and fraudulent. Always.

The same is true of Canadian companies under NI 43-101. So, even if NBRI decides to publish another bogus and prohibited "NI 43-101 report", they still cannot give a dollar valuation.

Unless they want to go to prison. There are quite a few people in Federal prison cells that have pulled that BS.
